Is an environmental fundraising program that lets us earn valuable funds and protect the environment by collecting used print cartridges and cell phones.  Think Recycle is good for the environment because used cartridges and cell phones can take up to 1000 years to decompose.  Thinking green diverts these cartridges and cell phones from landfills and ensures that they are properly recycled.  What's more, for every 12 recyclable cartridges and cell phones collected, Think Recycle will sponsor the planting of a tree on our behalf through Tree Canada Foundation or American Forest.

Bike Safety!
Did you know that you can purchase bike helmets at the ambulance bay at a VERY discounted price? There is also a company called www.prorider.com where we can purchase bike helmets, BMX helmets, ski helmets and booster seats at a VERY discounted rate if we purchase in large quantities.  If anyone is interested in becoming the chairperson for this program and bringing it to our FRES families, please call Jenn at 654-4758 or e-mail pjhilton@comcast.net
